Training overview

Knowing how to use the tools at your disposal is the first step towards an efficient management of your documents. Training for our products is available so you can learn to use these resources to their full capacity.

Whether as a user, or as a database manager, AGIR offers you customized training, taking into account your information databases and your work environment. The aim of this training is that each participant will succeed in gaining knowledge and skills.

Training session

The duration of a training session is six (6) hours for a maximum of five (5) participants per session. The training takes place on-site at your premises or at our training center. We recommend the use of your own data for a better understanding.

Levels of training

Level 1: Querying databases with NatQuest and Natural products.

This training is offered to users of all our products, to teach how to efficiently query your information.

Level 2: Creating databases

This course is intended for users who want to create databases and manipulate textual data.

Level 3: Advanced functions (Table of contents, hyperlinks, annotations, fields)

This course is intended for users who want to create databases and manipulate textual data.

Hybrid session: Overview of Querying and Creating databases with our products

This course is intended for users who want a basic training for our products.
