How much does a technical support contract cost per year?

Fees are calculated on a percentage of your NatQuest license's price. To renew your support contract, please contact us.

How can I get an update for my software?

Updates are available on CD. To receive a software update, please contact us.

When installing, the system asks me for an activation key. What should I do?

We can help you, you can reach us by phone at the number listed on your screen. A customer service technician will be happy to provide you with the permanent key.

For a faster service, before you call us, prepare the following information:

  • > Be in front of the computer,
  • > We will need the name of your company,
  • > Your name,
  • > Write down the temporary key to provide it to the technician.

When the technician provides the key, enter it immediately and continue the installation while the technician is on the phone with you.

If I have to reinstall my software outside of business hours, what is the best method to reach you?

Through our Contact page, send us an email with the following information:

  • > Your name,
  • > Your company,
  • > Your email, or a phone number so we can contact you,
  • > And a short paragraph stating the reason of your message.
